Clear and fair refund terms for our services

1. General Refund Policy

At GREIT STUDIOS, we strive for complete client satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of our services and the time invested in each project, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We encourage clients to communicate any concerns during the project to ensure the best possible outcome.

2. Deposit Refunds

Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. If you need to cancel before work begins, deposits may be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may not be eligible for any refund.

3. Service-Specific Refunds

Recording Sessions: Refunds are not available once the session has been completed. Mixing/Mastering: If you are not satisfied with the initial mix, we offer revision rounds as specified in your agreement. Refunds may be considered if we cannot meet the agreed-upon quality standards after the specified revision rounds. Consultation Services: These are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered.

4. Revision Policy

All projects include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may incur extra charges. Major changes to the project scope after work has begun may require a revised quote and additional payment.

5. Technical Issues

In the unlikely event of technical issues that prevent us from delivering the agreed-upon service, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the service at no additional cost. We maintain professional-grade equipment and backup systems to minimize the risk of technical failures.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us through our contact page or email within 7 days of project completion. Provide your project details and reason for the refund request. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

7. Partial Refunds

For projects that are partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed and resources used. We will provide a detailed breakdown of the work completed and the corresponding refund amount. The refund will be proportional to the uncompleted portion of the project.
